This has been the longest I have gone without posting for a good while. However, I have been enjoying reading. I recommend Mark Stibbe's I am Your Father, R. T. Kendall's The Anointing and Max Lucado's 3:16. My soul needed refreshing this week and the Lucado book really helped. It is a meditation of John 3:16. It would be a good gift for a friend who is thinking about Christianity, although they would need to be convinced of the historical reliability of the events surrounding Jesus as it makes no effort to give proofs.
I am still without inspiration but noticed that Jason MacFarland liked this on Facebook. I like this (although Ken Bailey suggests that the wise men probably did not turn up until a year or so later).
