I think that I may have purchased more books by John Stott than any other author (not that I claim to have read them all). He died recently. I was disappointed that the Irish Times didn't seem to mention anything about his death. It suggests that evangelicalism isn't on their radar at all. Stott has had such a leading role in modern evangelicalism. I think that he looks weary in the second of these two clips.
